Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to keep the order process simple, clear, and fair for our customers.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Please include your Order Number and the reason for cancellation when contacting us.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will process the cancellation request.

Important: Cancellation requests sent through Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, or other social media platforms will not be considered official cancellation requests. Please use our official email or Phone/WhatsApp support.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after dispatch, you may accept the delivery and submit a return request according to our Refund & Return Policy.

3. COD Order Cancellation

Lookmart currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as its payment method.

For certain COD orders, we may contact you through phone, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm the order before dispatch.

If a COD order cannot be confirmed within the required time, Lookmart may cancel the order.

Customers are requested to place COD orders only when they genuinely intend to receive the product.

Frequent or repeated COD cancellations may result in restrictions on COD availability for future orders.

4. Cancellation After Delivery Attempt

If an order has already been dispatched and a customer refuses or fails to accept the delivery, the order may be returned to Lookmart by the courier.

Such cases may be treated as a failed delivery or return-to-origin shipment and may affect the availability of COD for future orders.

Any applicable return-related charges or conditions will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy and applicable circumstances.

5. Cancellation by Lookmart

Lookmart reserves the right to cancel an order in situations including, but not limited to:

  • Product being unavailable or discontinued

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping information

  • PIN code being outside our serviceable delivery area

  • Suspicious, fraudulent, or unusual order activity

  • Technical or inventory-related errors

  • Any other situation where fulfilling the order is not reasonably possible

If Lookmart cancels an order, the customer will be notified through the available contact information provided with the order.

6. Cancellation Request Processing

Cancellation requests are processed during our customer support hours.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee cancellation. Cancellation is subject to whether the order has already been packed or dispatched at the time the request is received and processed.

Customers are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
