Welcome to Lookmart. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, and services provided through Shopify. By visiting, browsing, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Product availability is subject to stock.

When you place an order on Lookmart, you are requesting to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel an order where appropriate, including in cases involving product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or other legitimate business or legal reasons.

Before submitting your order, please carefully review your product selection, size, quantity, shipping information, mobile number, email address, and other order details.

Lookmart currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as its payment method.

An order may be considered accepted/confirmed once the order has been successfully submitted and is accepted by Lookmart for processing.

Order cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All product prices on the Site are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed or updated from time to time without prior notice.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other charges, if any, will be displayed or communicated as applicable before order completion.

As Lookmart currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD), customers are not required to provide online card or UPI payment details to place a COD order.

If online payment methods are introduced in the future, additional payment terms may apply.

Promotional offers, discounts, coupons, or special campaigns may have separate terms and conditions.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship orders within India.

Orders may be processed and shipped through Shiprocket and its applicable logistics/courier partners.

Delivery timelines shown on the Site or communicated by us are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather, holidays, service disruptions, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address, PIN code, mobile number, and other required delivery information.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping, return, exchange, and refund matters are also governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on the Lookmart Site, including but not limited to:

  • Text and written content

  • Product images

  • Logos and brand elements

  • Graphics

  • Designs

  • Videos

  • Product descriptions

  • Website layout and other materials

is owned by, licensed to, or used by Lookmart with appropriate rights, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially reuse any part of our Site or content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Shopify provides the technology and infrastructure used to operate our online store, but Lookmart retains rights in its own brand and store content.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform and technology infrastructure that enables us to offer our products and services online.

However, purchases made through our Site are transactions between you and Lookmart.

Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by Lookmart, our product descriptions, fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, customer service, or disputes arising from purchases made from our store, except to the extent required by applicable law or Shopify's own terms.

Your use of the Lookmart Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
